Behind the Scenes: Angelena’s Culinary Class

Join Chef James Briscione and Wine Director, Brooke Parkhurst as they lead a culinary classes this July. Class will cover everything from shopping to preparation to presentation. The class begins promptly at 5:30 p.m. and ends at 7:00 p.m. The class costs $65, plus tax and gratuity, per person which covers the cooking demonstration, tastings of the recipes, wine pairings, and a take-home recipe booklet so you can try the recipes in the comfort of your own home. Thursday, July 8: Frutti di Mare: Seafood with an Italian Accent – Simple, fresh, seafood preparations to Celebrate Florida’s 200th Anniversary

With the upcoming 200th anniversary on July 17th, 2021 of Florida becoming a part of the United States, in the heart of Downtown Pensacola in Plaza Ferdinand. What better way to celebrate our great history than with a cooking class featuring local seafood favorites with an Italian accent. In this class, we marry Gulf Coast seafood with the Italian sensibility of bright and simple preparations and flavors. Chilled pasta starters take center stage with whole-baked fish and rich shellfish pastas.
