Can you make a seafood dish that’s worth $100,000? Chef Jason Perry, Chef de Cuisine of Jackson’s Steakhouse, certainly thinks he can, and he is making plans right now to prove it. Perry successfully qualified for the world’s largest event in Food Sport – the World Food Championships (WFC). From Nov 9-15th, he will be competing for a $300,000 prize purse and the title of 2016 World Food Champion in Orange Beach, Alabama.
Please join us at Five Sisters Blues Café as we celebrate Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 24. We will be serving a choice of appetizer: crab bisque or a house salad; a traditional Thanksgiving plate; and a choice of dessert: homemade chess pie or sweet potato pie.
