For the fourteenth consecutive year, Jackson’s is proud to partner once again with the Pensacola Opera to present “Dinner and an Aria” on Thursday, February 9, at Jackson’s Steakhouse.
Pensacola Opera’s Jan Miller Studio Artists program continues to provide training and performance experience for young opera professionals. In residence here in Pensacola September through March, these artists perform roles on the main stage and appear in numerous educational and community outreach programs — as well as perform at Jackson’s!
Join us as these remarkable young singers perform some light opera and musical theatre pieces you’re sure to recognize. Opera newcomers and enthusiasts alike will enjoy! The 2022-2023 artists are Hayley Abramowitz(soprano), Kayla Nanto (mezzo-soprano), Randy Ho (tenor), Scott Lee (baritone) with Nathan Cicero accompanying on the piano.
There will be two seatings for this event: 5:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. In addition to our full dinner menu, which will be available for the evening, Chef Miller has prepared a special feature; roasted garlic and herb-crusted beef tournedos’ with cabernet demi-glace, whipped celeriac potatoes, sautéed caulilini, broccolini, and snip top carrots.
