Jackson’s Steakhouse celebrates the most spectacular evening in Downtown Pensacola — New Year’s Eve!


Jackson’s, located in the heart of downtown on Plaza Ferdinand, is once again preparing to celebrate the New Year’s Eve.


Jackson’s will be offering two special seatings for the evening in the President’s Room. The seatings will be held at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. and will feature the culinary creations of Chef Irv Miller with a fixed-price, three-course menu and bottomless Piper Sonoma champagne. The cost per person is $125 with complimentary favors and valet services included. The menu is as follows:


To Start ­– Choice of

Avocado and beet salad with ripe avocado, roasted golden and red beets, Montrachet goat cheese, arugula, homemade pickled onions, raspberry and spiced walnut vinaigrette


Gulf Coast Cioppino featuring shrimp, oysters, tomato, rioja, garlic, crushed red chiles,

served table side over grilled French bread


Entrées – Choice of

Pensacola red snapper with Satsuma orange butter sauce, arugula, toasted pecan vinaigrette, shaved fennel, confetti rice


Double-cut Kurobuta pork chop with a Tamari and Furikaki glaze, miso mashed potatoes, carrot and Bok choy slaw


16-ounce prime Delmonico with Nduja butter, truffle frites and winter vegetables

Add a lobster tail for an additional $25

Chocolate cream tartelette with raspberry coulis, shaved chocolate and Nocello whipped cream


Miko’s Pink champagne cake featuring fresh strawberry and blood orange gelato, and dark chocolate curls

For those wishing to attend the 7 p.m. symphony performance at the Saenger Theatre, or for those making early New Year’s Eve plans, Jackson’s will open at 5 p.m. and will feature service from the fall/winter dinner menu. Additionally, they will be offering general dinner reservations in the Governor’s Room with service from the fall/winter dinner menu all evening long.
