Celebrate Mother’s Day at Jackson’s Steakhouse with Bottomless Champagne for Mom!
Jackson’s will be open and serving Mother’s Day Brunch on Sunday, May 14, from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Additionally, Jackson’s will be open for dinner service at 5:30 p.m.
For brunch, we will be serving from our standard menu that features a selection of starters, salads, five different styles of omelets, sandwiches and brunch plates including Classic Quiche Lorraine: Bacon with caramelized onion, Gruyére, and savory custard baked in a deep dish pie crust served with herb-roasted fingerling potatoes and grilled asparagus; Pan-roasted Gulf Oysters: With slow-roasted Benton’s Bacon Rockefeller sauce, grilled French bread, and two organic sunny-side up eggs served with herb-roasted fingerling potatoes and grilled asparagus; Prime Rib Eggs Benedict: English muffin, carved prime rib slices, soft poached eggs, roasted-garlic hollandaise, and au jus dipping sauce with herb-roasted fingerling potatoes and grilled asparagus; and Jackson’s Steak and Eggs: Hickory-fired 8-ounce rib-eye steak with two eggs any style, herb-roasted fingerling potatoes and grilled asparagus.
In addition to the menu, Chef Irv Miller has created a Mother’s Day brunch feature: Grilled sockeye salmon with sunny-side up egg, toasted rustic French bread, Bill-E’s small batch bacon, spinach, sun-dried tomato and roasted shallot vinaigrette, avocado, house fries and grilled asparagus.
For dinner service we will be serving from our standard dinner menu. In addition to the menu, Chef Irv has created a Mother’s Day dinner feature: saltine cracker-crusted red snapper meunière with grilled baby Vidalia onions and sweet potato rice grits.
As always, we will be offering bottomless Piper Sonoma Champagne for $10 — it will be complementary for all Moms during brunch and dinner service.
