Jackson’s Steakhouse Serving Mother’s Day Brunch

Jackson’s will be open and serving Mother’s Day brunch on Sunday, May 11, from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. The brunch menu is fixed price, $32 per person, and will feature a choice of appetizer and entrée with bottomless Piper Sonoma champagne for $10 – it’s complimentary for all Mom’s.

Appetizer selections include: macerated strawberries, toast almonds, mascarpone and Grand Marnier; smoked salmon carpaccio with wasabi crème, tamari reduction and crispy wonton chips; and Jackson’s Caesar salad.

Entrée selections include: steakhouse eggs Benedict with sliced beef rib eye, English muffins, poached eggs, and hollandaise served with sautéed snap green beans and stone-ground cheddar grits; crab duo – Pensacola crab cake with ketnam (mayonnaise and spicy chili sauce), jumbo lump crab and dijonaise, and baby iceberg lettuce; hickory-wood-fired Local Fresh Catch with oven-roasted organic vegetable brunoise, heirloom tomato and balsamic vinaigrette, served over stone-ground cheddar grits; quiche Florentine and Florida baby heirloom tomato and avocado salad; panhandle “Shrimp and Grits” with shrimp and ground bison chorizo and tomato gravy; and rosemary and garlic-roasted rib eye with cabernet sauce .

Jackson’s Steakhouse is open for lunch service Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Cocktail service begins at 5 p.m. with dinner at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
