Angelena’s Ristorante Italiano is pleased to announce the debut of its fall dinner menu, launching Friday, October 24, 2025. The new menu presents innovative interpretations of traditional Italian dishes, offering guests fresh flavors for the fall to appetizers and entrées.
“With this menu, we set out to honor traditional Italian techniques while embracing the unique character of the season. From the spice of Calabrian chiles to the sweetness of roasted pumpkin, each dish is designed to be warm, inviting and perfect for sharing” says Chef Ian Gillette.
For starters, new appetizer additions include: Roasted Delicata Squash with labneh, pistachio dukkha, pomegranate, and basil oil; or the Blood Orange Tuna Crudo with pickled shallots, Calabrian chili puree, bagna verde, sunchoke chips, chives and citrus oil.
An award-winning and extensive wine list accompanies the fall-inspired menu of pasta, pork, pizzas, beef and seafood, creating pairings of bold flavors in an elegant atmosphere. Additionally, a number of new fall cocktails will be featured on the menu including a Hugo Spritz, Averna Limonata and Belle Fiore- an Aperol, elderflower, fennel prosecco cocktail.
Some of the newest entrée additions to the dinner menu include: Calabrian Pork Ragu, hand-cut pappardelle, slow braised pork, San Marzano tomatoes, Calabrian chilies, fennel, herb breadcrumbs and Pecorino; Seared Sea Scallops with pumpkin and brown butter risotto, smoked bacon, roasted pumpkin, shaved brussels, and apple; and Chianti Braised Short Rib over sunchoke puree, roasted fall vegetables, Tuscan kale, hazelnut and orange, mugolio – a traditional Italian pine cone syrup.
