Celebrate Christmas Eve at Five Sisters

Five Sisters Blues Café will be open for both brunch and dinner service on Christmas Eve, Sunday, December 24.

We will be offering our classic Jazz Brunch Service 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. serving from our standard menu featuring soups, starters, sandwiches and platters along with favorites The New Orleans Napoleon — puffed pastry layered with scrambled eggs, andouille sausage, and green onions topped with hollandaise sauce and served with hash browns; Creole Shrimp Over Grits with fresh shrimp sautéed up in a zesty tomato gravy, served over creamy cheese grits; our famous Chicken and Waffles — and much more. In addition, chef had prepared a special brunch feature; mesquite-smoked prime rib served over Gouda grits topped with two soft-poached eggs with a side of grilled asparagus, and finished with hollandaise sauce.

Christmas Eve dinner service begins at 4:00 p.m. and will be available until 9:00 p.m. Our full dinner menu will be available. In addition, chef has prepared a special feature for the evening; Hickory-smoked prime rib served with a three-cheese, twice-baked potato with bacon and green onions, and finished with a side of roasted broccoli and cauliflower and horseradish cream sauce.

Five Sisters Blues Cafe, located at 421 West Belmont on the corner of Belmont and DeVilliers, is a restaurant built on some of Pensacola’s deepest history right in the heart of historic downtown Pensacola. The reconstruction of the old Gussie’s Record Shop heralds the reawakening of the old Belmont-DeVilliers neighborhood. Featuring good ol’ Southern cuisine with kicks of Creole and Caribbean flair, Five Sisters offers daily blackboard and house specialties and regular live blues music. Hours 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday, 11:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Friday – Saturday, and 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Sunday.
