Join Chef Irv Miller of Jackson’s Steakhouse as he leads a series of cooking classes on the third* Wednesday of each month. (*March 2015 will be the 4th Wednesday.) Classes cover everything from shopping to preparation to presentation. Two classes are scheduled for each month (on Wednesdays).
Atlas Oyster House is proud to present our next installment of Atlas Beverage Classes (A.B.C.). This semester we will be focusing on handcrafted beers as well as featured spirit brands and our newest addition — cocktails with Josh Goldman, our very own beverage director. In addition to the beverage tasting, we will be featuring small plates paired with each featured beverage, as prepared by Fish House Chef Billy Ballou.
For New Year's Eve, Jackson’s will be offering two special seatings for the evening in the President’s Room. The seatings will be held at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. and will feature the culinary creations of Chef Irv Miller.
Jackson's, located in the heart of downtown on Plaza Ferdinand, is once again preparing for the city's signature event, the Pensacola Pelican Drop 2014, to celebrate the New Year. The Downtown Countdown drop site is adjacent to the plaza, making Jackson's the smart place to be on New Year's Eve!
