Celebrate Valentine’s Day at The Fish House
Looking for the perfect place to celebrate? Join us at The Fish House on Wednesday, February 14. We will be open for lunch service from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. with dinner service following. In addition to our current lunch and dinner menus, Chef Billy Ballou will offer a special Valentine’s feature. The lunch feature will be grilled salmon served over a marinated salad of fresh corn, roasted potato, green beans, cucumber, Roma tomatoes and zipper peas resting over Bibb lettuce and finished with a Green Goddess dressing. For dinner we will offer two features; sautéed jumbo sea scallops served over a lemon-thyme risotto with roasted baby squash drizzled with a pomegranate syrup, as well as a grilled petite filet mignon served with a baked lobster mac and cheese and grilled asparagus, finished with a port demi-glace.
