Atlas Oyster House will be open and serving Easter brunch on Sunday, March 31st. Brunch hours are 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

We will be serving from our standard brunch menu, which features a selection of starters, sushi, oysters, entrées, seafood and sandwiches as well as our Crab Monte Cristo, Crustless Quiche, Grillades & Grits, and our Crispy Chicken Biscuit Benedict.

In addition, Chef Jason Hughes has created an Easter special which will be available for brunch: herb-crusted prime rib featuring slow-cooked Angus rib loin over roasted tri-color and sweet fingerling potatoes, orange-mustard glazed rainbow baby carrots and crispy Brussels sprouts, served with rosemary jus and Dijon-horseradish cream.
