Celebrate this special day, Valentine’s Day, with us at The Fish House on Tuesday, February 14, 2023. We will be open for lunch service from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. and dinner service beginning at 3:00 p.m. In addition to our current menus, Chef Jason Hughes will offer a special Valentine’s feature for lunch and dinner service; Andouille-crusted local flounder served over dirty cauliflower rice and grilled broccolini, finished with creole crawfish aioli.
For dinner, Chef Hughes has created two special Valentine’s Day features; spice-rubbed Scottish salmon served over a velvety parsnip and beetroot purée, warm farro salad with roasted carrots, caramelized fennel, and orange blossom water, finished with blood orange glaze and pistachio dukkah; as well as a grilled Angus hanger steak topped with butter-poached Maine lobster and béarnaise sauce, served with grilled asparagus and crispy white truffle-parmesan potatoes.
