The Fish House
The Fish House will be open and serving Easter brunch and dinner on Sunday, April 4th. Brunch hours are 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. with dinner service beginning at 3:00 p.m.
We will be serving from our standard brunch menu, which features a selection of starters, salads, seafood and sandwiches as well as our Classic Eggs Benedict, world-famous Grits à Ya Ya, Cinnamon Toast Crunch French Toast, and our crispy fried Chicken Biscuit. As always, we will be offering Bloody Marys for $2.
For dinner, we will offer our standard dinner menu, which features a wide variety of fish selections, platters and samplers, steaks and of course, our world-famous Grits à Ya Ya— our signature dish featuring spiced Gulf jumbo shrimp atop a sauté of spinach, portobello mushrooms, applewood-smoked bacon, garlic, shallots, and cream over a heaping bed of smoked Gouda cheese grits.
Chef John Huggins has created an Easter special which will be available at both brunch and dinner service; herb roasted leg of lamb with chive potato gratin, green beans, and finished with rosemary demi glace.

Jackson’s Steakhouse
Jackson’s will be open and serving Easter Brunch as well as Easter Dinner on Sunday, April 4. Brunch hours are from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. with dinner service 5:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.
For brunch, we will be serving from our standard menu, which features a selection of starters, salads, omelets, sandwiches and brunch plates including Deep Dish Quiche Lorraine, Gulf Coast Seafood Omelet, Steak and Eggs, Shrimp and Avocado Stacked Salad, Bananas Foster Waffle, and Sliced Smoked Nova Salmon.
As always, we will be offering bottomless Piper Sonoma for $10. In addition, Chef Irv Miller has created an Easter brunch feature: smoked leg of lamb benedict with grilled pita, Calabrian pepper hummus, arugula, pecan-wood smoked lamb, poached eggs, hollandaise and crumbled feta.
For dinner, we will be serving from our standard dinner menu featuring a selection of soups, salads and starters as well as local fish, steaks, chops and lobster. In addition, our extensive award-winning wine list will be available. Chef Miller will also be offering a special Easter feature: noisettes of lamb with caramelized onion-whipped potatoes, lamb reduction sauce, grape tomatoes, Montrachet goat cheese, bacon jam, arugula and balsamic vinaigrette.

Five Sisters Blues Café
Five Sisters Blues Café will be open for our traditional Sunday Jazz Brunch on Easter Sunday, April 4, from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
We will be serving from our standard brunch menu, which features a selection of starters, salads, entrées, seafood and sandwiches as well as brunch favorites: The Sisters’ Benedict, Chicken and Waffles, Smothered Chicken Biscuit, and Belgian Waffles. As always, we will have live jazz performances throughout brunch service and offer our signature Bloody Mary: vodka, Louisiana hot sauce, pickled okra, Worcestershire sauce, olive juice and black pepper — topped with a fried chicken wing!
In addition to our brunch menu, Five Sisters will offer a special Easter feature that will be available throughout the day:Smoked ham over roasted root vegetable; finished with apricot creole mustard glaze.

In addition, our extensive Italian wine list will be available. Easter Grab and Go from Great Southern Restaurants: Featuring Five Sisters Blues Café
Great Southern Restaurants will be offering full Dinner Easter Grab and Go packages featuring Five Sisters Blues Café. The package is $65 plus tax and are based on six people. Additional orders available in increments of six.
You can place your orders now and schedule pickup, by contacting catering manager, Kady Reeves at 850-293-3148 or email kady@fivesistersbluescafe.com. Orders can be placed until 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 31. Pickups will be available at the Fish House on Saturday, April 3, 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. The meal will be fully cooked and will include reheating directions.
