The Fish House, Atlas Oyster House and the Deck Bar are pleased to once again join forces with Pensacon, Pensacola’s Comic Convention, to present five nights of themed décor, music, photo opportunities and fun at one giant complex.
The entire complex will be decked out in three different Pensacon themes Wednesday, February 15, through Sunday, February 19, 2017. The Fish House will be transformed into Harry Potter’s Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Atlas will feature the world of Star Trek and the Deck Bar will be transformed into the Cantina from Star Wars! We are proud to be a signature restaurant for Pensacon with hundreds of celebrities joining us for dinner each year. Last year David Prouse -Darth Vader, Denise Crosby – Star Trek: The Next Generation, Michael Rooker – The Walking Dead and Guardians of the Galaxy, Natalia Tena – Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, Glenn Morshower – 24, Transfomers, Rachel Skarsten – Lost Girl, Reign, Kris Holden Reid, Lost Girl, Bruce Boxleitner, Barry Bostwick – Rocky Horror, Patricia Quinn and Nell Campbell – Rocky Horror, Sid Haig – The Devil’s Rejects – to name a few. You never know which celebrity guests might stop in to Our House!
Thursday, February 16 – Official Pensacon Kick Off Party with Pensacon Trivia and Cosplay Costume Contest at the Cantina Deck Bar
6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m Trivia Contest
8:30 p.m. – Until Cosplay Costume Contest
AnyDayDJ will be in the house playing your favorites along with special Pensacon cocktails. In addition, we will be hosting a Pensacon Trivia Contest and Cosplay Costume Contest with many valuable giveaways. Trivia registration is at 5:30 p.m. with Cosplay Contest registration beginning at 8:00 p.m. At the conclusion of Trivia, the Cosplay Costume Contest will begin. The contest will be judged by Pensacon’s own Kat Bishop along with the 501st’s LaVonne French. Registration begins at 8:00 p.m. with judging at 10:00 p.m.

The fun continues throughout the weekend with all of the restaurants in the complex decked out in Pensacon themes with dozens of fun photo opportunties. Each night AnyDayDJ starts at 7:00 p.m. with special drink features in each venue, photo opportunities, and more.
Fish House – Harry Potter “Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry”
The Fish House will be transformed into Hogwarts with potions, Quidditch, wands, and Diagon Alley with our entire team joining in the fun! Want a selfie with a life-size dementor? How about a photo with your own “Have You Seen This Wizard?” poster? Are you curious about which Hogwarts house you would be placed in – the Sorting Hat will be at the Fish House. Drink specials at the Fish House include The Goblet of Fire, Veritaserum, Butterbeer and more.
Atlas – Star Trek Scenes
Atlas will be transformed into scenes from Star Trek with a galaxy that will take you beyond the final frontier! Want your picture taken with authentic props from the motion picture? Atlas will showcase a life-size original Borg movie prop as well as original translights from the deck of the Starship Enterprise as well an original movie prop of the ship. Drink specials at Atlas include The James Tea Kirk, Mind Meld, Spock’s Mojito and the Warp Core Breach.
Deck Bar – Star Wars Cantina
The Deck Bar will be transformed into the Star Wars Cantina Scene fit for pilots and various dangerous aliens. Want your picture taken with the remains of the bounty hunter Greedo after his controversial blaster face-off with Han Solo? Have your photo taken with members of the 501st Legion or challenge your friends to a “Han Shot First” drink race in front of our life-size Han in Carbonite for the ultimate Star Wars photo opp?
