Atlas Oyster House will be open for brunch service on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 11, 2025 from 11:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

We will be serving from our standard brunch menu, which features a selection of starters, sushi, oysters, entrées, seafood and sandwiches as well as our Crab Monte Cristo, Crustless Quiche, Grillades & Grits and our Crispy Chicken Biscuit Benedict.

In addition, to our full brunch menu, Chef Jason Hughes will be offering a special feature to celebrate the occasion: Quiche à Ya Ya featuring fluffy eggs baked in a flaky handmade crust with shrimp, applewood bacon, spinach, pears exotic mushrooms, melted smoked Gouda cheese and applewood bacon-white wine cream.

The Atlas Oyster House–located just steps away from its sister restaurant, The Fish House, on beautiful Pensacola Bay–offers an elevated waterfront dining experience.
