Celebrate Easter Sunday at Great Southern Restaurants

Join us on Sunday, April 20, for Easter at Great Souther Restaurants. All of our restaurants will be open, offering a special Easter feature as created by each of our Exectuvie Chefs, Jason Hughes, Irv Miller, Josh Rich, and Ian Gillette. Details and hours for each reataurant as well as special features are as follows:

The Fish House

The Fish House will be open and serving Easter Brunch and dinner on Sunday, April 20, 2025. Brunch hours are 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. with dunner service beginning at 3:00 p.m.

We will be serving from our standard brunch menu, which features a selection of starters, salads, seafood and sandwiches as well as our Classic Eggs Benedict, world-famous Grits à Ya Ya, Baked French Toast, and our crispy fried Chicken Biscuit.

For dinner, we will offer our standard dinner menu, which features a wide variety of fish selections, platters and samplers, steaks and of course, our world-famous Grits à Ya Ya— our signature dish featuring spiced Gulf jumbo shrimp atop a sauté of spinach, Portobello mushrooms, Applewood-smoked bacon, garlic, shallots, and cream over a heaping bed of smoked Gouda cheese grits.

Chef Jason Hughes has created an Easter special which will be available at both brunch and dinner service; herb-crusted prime rib slow-roasted featuring Angus prime rib with herbed goat cheese potato purée, mustard-glazed roasted Brussels sprouts, and caramelized cipollini onions, served with rosemary au jus and Dijon-horseradish cream.

Atlas Oyster House

Atlas Oyster House will be open and serving Easter brunch on Sunday, April 20, 2025. Brunch hours are 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

We will be serving from our standard brunch menu, which features a selection of starters, sushi, oysters, entrées, seafood and sandwiches as well as our Crab Monte Cristo, Crustless Quiche, Grillades & Grits, and our Crispy Chicken Biscuit Benedict.

Jackson’s Steakhouse

Jackson’s will be open and serving Easter lunch and dinner on Sunday, April 20. Lunch hours are from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. with dinner service 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.

We will be serving from our standard lunch menu, which features a selection of starters, salads, sandwiches and lunch plates including Shrimp and Avocado Stacked Salad, The 28th Amendment Burger, Panéed Chicken Breast Medallions, and Ole Hickory Petite Filet with Fried Green Tomatoes and Lump Blue Crab. In addition, Chef Irv Miller has created an Easter feature: country ham benedict with English muffin, country ham, poached eggs, hollandaise, balsamic bacon jam, rosemary and garlic-smashed fingerling potatoes and grilled asparagus.

For dinner, we will be serving from our standard dinner menu featuring a selection of soups, salads and starters as well as local fish, steaks, chops and lobster. In addition, our extensive award-winning wine list will be available. Chef Miller will also be offering a special Easter feature: double-cut lamb chops featuring open-fired New Zealand lamb smeared with roasted garlic, Mont chèvre goat cheese, tapenade, blistered baby heirloom tomatoes, demi-glace, rosemary and garlic-smashed fingerling potatoes grilled asparagus.

Five Sister’s Blues Café

Five Sisters’ Blues Café will be open for our traditional Sunday Jazz Brunch on Easter Sunday, April 20, 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

We will be serving from our standard brunch menu, which features a selection of starters, salads, entrées, seafood and sandwiches as well as brunch favorites: The Sisters’ Benedict, Chicken and Waffles, Smothered Chicken Biscuit, and Belgian Waffles. As always, we will have live jazz performances throughout brunch service and offer our signature Bloody Mary: vodka, Louisiana hot sauce, pickled okra, Worcestershire sauce, olive juice and black pepper — topped with a fried chicken wing!

In addition to our brunch menu, Chef Josh Rich will offer special features that will be available throughout the day:

Southern Deviled Eggs
Topped with sweet and spicy BBQ sauce, bacon bits and green onions

Maple Glazed Duck

Angelena’s Ristorante Italiano

Angelena’s will be open and serving on Easter Sunday, April 20, 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Angelena’s will be serving from our standard dinner menu featuring a selection of salads and starters as well as house-made pasta, pizzas, local seafood, and much more. In addition, Chef Gillette will offer two special Easter features; Mint and Ricotta Agnolotti: sweet peas, bacon, poached egg, and Parmesan, and Castagnole: with lemon mascarpone and blackberry sauce.
