Join us on Sunday, December 31st, to celebrate New Year’s Eve at Great Southern Restaurants! All of our restaurants will be open, with special New Year’s Eve features created by Chef Jason Hughes, Executive Chef Irv Miller, Executive Chef John Huggins and Executive Chef James Briscione. Hours for each restaurant as well as special features, are as follows:
The Fish House
The Fish House, located on the water in downtown Pensacola, is once again preparing to celebrate the New Year.
The Fish House will be offering two special seating’s for the evening, in the main dining room, for our annual New Year’s Eve wine and food event. The seating’s will be held at 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. and will feature the culinary creations of Chef Jason Hughes with a fixed-price, five-course menu along with hand-selected wine pairings. The cost per person is $85 (excludes tax and gratuity) with complimentary favors included. As always, we will offer walk-in service all evening throughout the complex, serving from our standard menus.

Atlas Oyster House
Atlas Oyster House will be open for dinner service on New Year’s Eve, Sunday, December 31, from 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
We will be serving from our standard dinner menu, which features a selection of starters, sushi, oysters, entrées, seafood and sandwiches as well as your Atlas favorites: Oysters Ceviche, Crawfish Pot Pie, Maine Lobster Roll, and The Girl Next Door- our take on the Grits à Ya Ya.
In addition, to our full dinner menu, Chef Jason Hughes will be offering special features to celebrate the New Year: chargrilled Gulf Coast oysters with roasted bone marrow, miso butter, pickled shimeji mushroom and ikura; and Chateubriand featuring hardwood-smoked and seared Angus beef tenderloin, fondant potatoes, roasted winter root vegetables, black garlic and cracked pepper demi-glacé.
Jackson’s Steakhouse
Jackson’s, located in the heart of downtown on Plaza Ferdinand, is once again preparing to celebrate New Year’s Eve.
Ring in the New Year with us at Jackson’s Steakhouse on Sunday, December 31st. We will be open for dinner service beginning at 5:00 p.m.
In addition to our standard dinner menu, Chef Irv Miller will be offering a special dinner feature to celebrate the occasion:16oz Prime NY Strip, Brussels sprout and Yukon potato hash, finished with cognac mushroom cream. We will be offering $10 glasses of house-made Arancello to celebrate the occasion.

Five Sisters Blues Café
Five Sisters Blues Café will be open for our traditional Sunday Jazz Brunch on New Year’s Eve, Sunday, December 31, from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
We will be serving from our standard brunch menu, which features a selection of starters, salads, entrées, seafood and sandwiches as well as brunch favorites: The Sisters’ Benedict, Chicken and Waffles, Smothered Chicken Biscuit, and Belgian Waffles. As always, we will have live jazz performances throughout brunch service and offer our signature Bloody Mary: vodka, Louisiana hot sauce, pickled okra, Worcestershire sauce, olive juice and black pepper — topped with a fried chicken wing!
In addition, to our full brunch menu, we will be offering a special New Year’s Eve feature: BBQ braised short ribs served over caramelized leek and Parmesan whipped potatoes, finished with grilled lobster tail and sauteed green beans $36.95.
Angelena’s Ristorante Italiano
Angelena’s Ristorante Italiano will be offering three special seatings for the evening of New Year’s Eve. The seatings will be held at 5:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. and will feature the culinary creations of Chef James Briscione with a fixed-price, four-course menu. The cost per person is $125, with complementary parking in Southtowne parking garage and party favors. Tax and gratuity are not included. Wine Director Brooke Parkhurst will have an Italian wine pairing available for an additional $45, as well as a bottle feature, Monte Rosso Brut Blanc de Blanc Franciacorta for $75.
