Italy Comes to the American South: A Food and Beverage Event

Angelena’s is pleased to announce the upcoming Supper Club dinner, Italy Comes to the American South, on Thursday, June 17 at 6:00 p.m. in the main dining room of Angelena’s. Chef James Briscione will share the stories behind each dish as he has reimagined a four-course menu that gives Southern staples an Italian flair. In addition, Chef James’ Old Fashioned cocktail will be included with the dinner.

 

The menu for the evening is as follows:

 

 

Antipasti

Pimento Cheese Bruschetta

Burrata with Watermelon, local tomatoes and Pork Belly

Smoked Short Ribs with Gnocchi Cacio e Pepe

Grilled Peach Panna Cotta

 

Price for the dinner is $75 per person plus tax and gratuity. Seating for Italy Comes to the American South dinner is limited; reservations are required and can be made by calling 850-542-8398.
