Angelena’s is pleased to offer the next installment in their Supper Club series, a special dinner celebrating Italian Spring. The dinner will be held in the main dining room at Angelena’s on Thursday, April 29, at 6:00 p.m.
Many regard la primavera as “l’inizio di splendore, per tutto, per tutti” (the beginning of splendor, for everything, for everyone). At Angelena’s this is no exception. Chef James will celebrate the wonderful flavors of the season through his favorite Spring dishes filled with the freshest the season has to offer.
Chef James Briscione will present a selection of welcoming aperitivos followed by a four-course dinner featuring Italian Spring favorites. In addition, a featured rosé will be included, as selected by Brooke Parkhurst, Wine Director. The menu for the evening is as follows:
