Celebrate Easter Brunch and Dinner at Jackson’s Steakhouse
Jackson’s will be open and serving Easter Brunch as well as Easter Dinner on Sunday, April 1. Brunch hours are from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. with dinner service 5:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.
For brunch, we will be serving from our standard menu, which features a selection of starters, salads, five different styles of omelets, sandwiches and brunch plates including Classic Quiche Lorraine Bacon; Pan-roasted Gulf Oysters with Slow-roasted Benton’s Bacon Rockefeller Sauce; Prime Rib Eggs Benedict English muffin, and Jackson’s Steak and Eggs. As always, we will be offering bottomless Piper Sonoma Champagne for $10. In addition, Chef Irv Miller has created an Easter brunch feature: an open-face pimento cheeseburger featuring a half-pound ground beef patty, Bill-E’s smoked bacon jam, grilled French bread, two sunny-side up organic eggs, house-made pickles, and old-school Jackson’s fries.
For dinner, we will be serving from our standard dinner menu featuring a selection of soups, salads and starters as well as local fish, steaks, chops and lobster. In addition, our extensive award-winning wine list will be available. Chef Miller will also be offering a special Easter feature: rosemary- and garlic-lamb noisettes with charred serrano pepper aioli, zinfandel and lamb reduction sauce, goat cheese whipped potatoes, and balsamic Brussels sprouts.
