In celebration of the 30th anniversary of Pensacola Jazz Fest, there will be a seven-day, city-wide celebration, beginning April 1 through 7, 2013. As part of this celebration, Jackson’s Steakhouse is proud to present “Jazz at Jackson’s: An Evening with the Palafox Quartet” on Thursday, April 4.
The featured musicians include: Jack Zoesch (piano), Jim Green (guitar), Steve Gilmore (bass), and Sandy Spivey (sax).
Together, they will present both traditional and modern jazz standards by composers and musicians with enduring popularity, including George Gershwin, Jerome Kern, Duke Ellington, Charlie Parker, Miles Davis, and more.
There will be two seatings for this event: 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. In addition to our full dinner menu, which will be available for the evening, Chef Miller has prepared a special-feature entrée: classic Delmonico steak with celeriac-potato mash with sautéed Brussels sprouts, caramelized Vidalia onions, and smoked bacon.
This is a limited-seating event. To reserve your table, please call Jackson’s Steakhouse, (850) 469-9898.
