Angelena’s Ristorante Italiano is pleased to announce the debut of its spring dinner menu, launching April 17, 2026. The new menu presents innovative interpretations of traditional Italian dishes, offering guests fresh flavors for the spring, from appetizers to entrées.

“With this menu, we set out to honor traditional Italian techniques while embracing the unique character of the season. From the tart freshness of the Italian lemon to the sweetness of the strawberries and grilled peaches, each dish is designed to be light, inviting and perfect for sharing” says Chef Ian Gillette.

For starters, spring appetizer additions include: Robiola & Grilled Focaccia featuring
strawberries, Fresno chili, aged balsamic, pistachio and basil; Tuna Crudo with shaved fennel, lemon, caper–herb relish, olive oil and focaccia crumbs; and the Heirloom Tomato Salad with local Heirloom tomatoes, pickled red onion, arugula, pesto, and herb breadcrumbs.

An award-winning and extensive wine list accompanies the spring-inspired menu of pasta, pork, pizzas, beef and seafood, creating thoughtful pairings options. Additionally, a new spring refresher, Blackberry Lavender Lemonade, will also be featured.

Some of the newest entrée additions to the dinner menu include: Chianti Braised Short Rib with grilled peaches, asparagus, baby squash and salsa verde; Seared Sea Scallops featuring sweet corn risotto, corn and herb salad, lemon–chili beurre blanc and crispy prosciutto; and Ravioli alla Sorrentina with lemon, basil and ricotta filled ravioli, in a bright tomato sauce.

Angelena’s Ristorante Italiano, located at 101 East Intendencia Street in historic downtown Pensacola, is inspired by the deep roots of our city’s history. At the turn of the century, Giatano Giardina, an Italian immigrant, was in search of the American dream and found it here in Pensacola. Angelena’s offers coastal Italian cuisine as well as an extensive list of Italian wines.
