Celebrate Father’s Day Brunch and Dinner at The Fish House

Join us on Sunday, June 15, 2025, for Father’s Day brunch and dinner at The Fish House! We will be open and will offer brunch and dinner service as well as a special Father’s Day feature created by Chef Jason Hughes. The Fish House brunch hours are 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. with dinner service beginning at 2:00 p.m.

We will be serving from our standard brunch menu, which features a selection of starters, salads, seafood and sandwiches as well as our Classic Eggs Benedict, world-famous Grits à Ya Ya, Baked French Toast, and our crispy fried Chicken Biscuit. Chef Jason Hughes has created a special Father’s Day feature that will be available for brunch: steak and eggs benedict featuring grilled Angus filet mignon, sautéed asparagus, roasted exotic mushrooms, and caramelized shallots on a house-made garlic-cheddar biscuit, served with crispy O’Brien-style breakfast potatoes and topped with creole choron.

For dinner, we will offer our standard dinner menu, which features a wide variety of fish selections, platters and samplers, steaks and of course, our world-famous Grits à Ya Ya — our signature dish featuring spiced Gulf jumbo shrimp atop a sauté of spinach, Portobello mushrooms, applewood-smoked bacon, garlic, shallots, and cream over a heaping bed of smoked Gouda cheese grits. Chef Jason Hughes has created a special Father’s Day feature that will be available for dinner: wild cobia pastalaya featuring Creole-spiced seared wild Gulf cobia filet served over andouille sausage, smoked chicken, and braised ham orzo pastalaya, paired with sautéed baby green beans, heirloom tomato and topped with buttery hollandaise sauce.
