Jackson’s will be serving Mother’s Day lunch as well as Mother’s Day dinner on Sunday, May 11, 2025. Lunch hours are from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. with dinner service at 5:00 p.m.
For lunch, we will be serving from our lunch menu, which features The 28th Amendment Burger, Shrimp and Avocado Stacked Salad, Panéed Chicken Breast Medallions, and Ole Hickory Petite Filet with Fried Green Tomatoes and Lump Blue Crab. In addition, Chef Irv Miller has created a Mother’s Day lunch feature: Beef tenderloin eggs benedict featuring English muffin, hand-carved roasted tenderloin, soft poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, roasted Peruvian purple potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts.
For dinner, we will be serving from our standard dinner menu featuring a selection of soups, salads and starters as well as local fish, steaks, chops and lobster. In addition, our extensive award-winning wine list will be available. Chef Miller will also be offering a special Mother’s Day dinner feature: Seared halibut, featuring Peruvian purple mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus and citrus gremolata.
