All of our restaurants will be open, each restaurant will offer their standard menus, as well as special features created by Executive Chef Irv Miller, Executive Chef Jason Hughes, Executive Chef Ian Gillette and Chef Josh Rich. The Fish House
The Fish House will be open and will offer brunch and dinner service as well as a special Father’s Day feature created by Chef Jason Hughes. The Fish House brunch hours are 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. with dinner service beginning at 2:00 p.m.
We will be serving from our standard brunch menu, which features a selection of starters, salads, seafood and sandwiches as well as our Classic Eggs Benedict, world-famous Grits à Ya Ya, Baked French Toast, and our crispy fried Chicken Biscuit. Chef Jason Hughes has created a special Father’s Day feature that will be available for brunch: steak and eggs benedict
featuring grilled Angus filet mignon, sautéed asparagus, roasted exotic mushrooms, and caramelized shallots on a house-made garlic-cheddar biscuit, served with crispy O’Brien-style breakfast potatoes and topped with creole choron.
For dinner, we will offer our standard dinner menu, which features a wide variety of fish selections, platters and samplers, steaks and of course, our world-famous Grits à Ya Ya — our signature dish featuring spiced Gulf jumbo shrimp atop a sauté of spinach, Portobello mushrooms, applewood-smoked bacon, garlic, shallots, and cream over a heaping bed of smoked Gouda cheese grits. Chef Jason Hughes has created a special Father’s Day feature that will be available for dinner: wild cobia pastalaya featuring Creole-spiced seared wild Gulf cobia filet served over andouille sausage, smoked chicken, and braised ham orzo pastalaya, paired with sautéed baby green beans, heirloom tomato and topped with buttery hollandaise sauce.

Atlas Oyster House
Atlas Oyster House will be open for brunch service on Father’s Day from 11:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
We will be serving from our standard brunch menu, which features a selection of starters, sushi, oysters, entrées, seafood and sandwiches as well as our Crab Monte Cristo, Biscuit Charcuterie Board, Crustless Quiche, Grillades & Grits and our Crispy Chicken Biscuit Benedict.

Jackson’s Steakhouse
Jackson’s will be open and will offer lunch and dinner service as well as special Father’s Day features as created by Chef Irv Miller. Jackson’s Father’s Day lunch hours are 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. with dinner service 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
For lunch, we will be serving from our special lunch menu, which features The 28th Amendment Burger, Shrimp and Avocado Stacked Salad, Panéed Chicken Breast Medallions, and Ole Hickory Petite Filet with Fried Green Tomatoes and Lump Blue Crab. In addition, Chef Irv Miller has created a Father’s Day lunch feature: Bill-E’s Bacon Florentine Benedict with English muffin, Bill-E’s bacon, sauté cremini mushroom, spinach, soft poached egg and finished with hollandaise sauce.
For dinner, we will be serving from our dinner menu featuring a selection of starters as well as local fish, steaks, chops and lobster. In addition, our extensive award-winning wine list will be available. Chef Miller will also be offering a special dinner feature: Surf and Turf featuring open-fired 6-ounce filet medallion, butter-griddled crab cake, béarnaise, roasted Peruvian purple potatoes and sautéed spinach.

Five Sisters’ Blues Café
Five Sisters’ Blues Café will be open for our traditional Sunday Jazz Brunch on Father’s Day from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
We will be serving from our standard brunch menu, which features a selection of starters, salads, entrées, seafood and sandwiches as well as brunch favorites: The Sisters’ Benedict, Chicken and Waffles, Smothered Chicken Biscuit, and The Sisters’ French Toast. As always, we will have live jazz performances throughout brunch service and offer our signature Bloody Mary: vodka, Louisiana hot sauce, pickled okra, Worcestershire sauce, olive juice and black pepper — topped with a fried chicken wing!
In addition to our brunch menu, Chef Josh Rich will offer special features that will be available throughout brunch service on Father’s Day. These features will also be available for lunch and dinner service on Friday, June 13 and Saturday, June 14.

Angelena’s Ristorante Italiano
Angelena’s will open at 4:00 p.m. for bar service, with the dining room opening at 5:00 p.m. and serving until 9:00 p.m. We will offer our current dinner menu which features a selection of salads and starters, as well as house-made pasta, pizzas, local seafood, lasagna and more. Additionally, Chef Ian Gillette will offer a special Father’s Day entrée and dessert feature. The entrée feature will be a bone-in C.A.B. prime ribeye with ramp and charred scallion butter, served with garlic and herb mashed potatoes, baby carrots and asparagus. The special dessert is a stout brownie with Irish cream gelato, topped with crushed pretzels and caramel.
Wine Director Matt Nichols will feature a Father’s Day drink special: Banana Bread Old Fashioned, with Maker’s 46 Bourbon, Demerara, black walnut bitters, and banana. Our full, award-winning Italian wine list will also be available.
