Atlas Oyster House will be open and serving Easter brunch on Sunday, April 20, 2025. Brunch hours are 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
We will be serving from our standard brunch menu, which features a selection of starters, sushi, oysters, entrées, seafood and sandwiches as well as our Crab Monte Cristo, Crustless Quiche, Grillades & Grits, and our Crispy Chicken Biscuit Benedict.
In addition, Chef Jason Hughes has created an Easter special which will be available for brunch: herb-crusted prime rib slow-roasted featuring Angus prime rib with herbed goat cheese potato purée, mustard-glazed roasted Brussels sprouts, and caramelized cipollini onions, served with rosemary au jus and Dijon-horseradish cream.
The Atlas Oyster House–located just steps away from its sister restaurant, The Fish House, on beautiful Pensacola Bay–offers an elevated waterfront dining experience.
