The Fish House
Celebrate this special day, Valentine’s Day, with us during Pensacon at The Fish House on Friday, February 14, 2025. We will be open for lunch service from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. and dinner service beginning at 3:00 p.m.
As Pensacon falls on Valentine’s Day, The Fish House will once again be transformed into Harry Potter’s Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry! Offering themed décor, drink specials, photo opportunities and plenty of fun for you and your special someone!
Chef Jason Hughes has created a special appetizer feature that will be available at both lunch and dinner: cheese and charcuterie plate featuring Chef’s selection of artisanal cheeses and cured meats, served with house-made crackers, praline creole mustard, stone fruit jam and chutney, house hot honey, fresh berries and candied Renfroe pecans.
In addition to our standard lunch menu, which features a selection of starters, salads, seafood and sandwiches. Chef Hughes’ has created a special lunch entrée feature to celebrate the occasion: seared Scottish salmon filet drizzled with blood orange agrodolce and toasted pine nuts, served over a salad of shaved Brussels sprouts, Applewood bacon, crumbled goat cheese, pomegranate, dried cherries and shaved red onion tossed in creole cane vinaigrette.
For dinner, we will offer our standard dinner menu, which features a wide variety of fish selections, platters and samplers, steaks and of course, our world-famous Grits à Ya Ya. Chef Hughes’ has created a special Valentine’s Day feature that will be available for dinner: scallops and pesto linguine featuring seared jumbo Maine sea scallops served over linguine pasta tossed with heirloom tomato, local summer squash and zucchini, and spinach in a creamy basil pesto sauce, topped with brown butter, myzithra cheese and toasted pine nut gremolata.
For dessert, Pastry Chef David Williams, has created a special dessert to ring in the new year: Guava cheesecake with cinnamon graham crust, triple chocolate brigadeiro, passionfruit coulis and roasted strawberries.

Atlas Oyster House
Please join us at Atlas Oyster House as we celebrate Valentine’s Day on Friday, February 14, 2025. We will be open for dinner service beginning at 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
For dinner, we will offer our standard dinner menu, which features a wide variety of oysters – raw and baked, chilled seafood towers, sushi, soups and salads, small plates and entrees. Executive Chef Jason Hughes has created three special Valentine’s Day features that will be available to celebrate the occasion. The appetizer feature is blue crab arancini featuring crispy fried local crab and mascarpone risotto bites, Calabrian chili pesto, whipped ricotta and fresh basil; entrée feature is Salmon Oscar featuring seared Scottish salmon filet, sautéed local lump crab, grilled asparagus, rustic smoked gouda mashed potatoes and béarnaise sauce; and for dessert a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting, chocolate satin sauce and vanilla bean ice cream.

Angelena’s Ristorante Italiano
Join us at Angelena’s to celebrate Valentine’s Day on Friday, February 14. We will be open for lunch service 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. with bar service beginning at 4:00 p.m. and dinner service at 5:00 p.m.
For both lunch and dinner service we will be serving from our standard dinner menu. In addition, Chef Ian Gillette will offer special Valentine’s features that will be available for lunch and dinner service on Friday, February 14th. The featured dinner specials will also be available for dinner service Saturday, February 15.
The lunch feature is an “Italian Playboy” – a bold and indulgent twist on a classic favorite; crispy breaded chicken breast topped with Angelena’s vodka sauce, vibrant pesto, creamy stracciatella, and fresh arugula, all nestled on soft Gambino’s bread. The sandwich will be served with a choice of truffle fries or side salad.
The dinner entrée, a 32-ounce porterhouse for two, is the ultimate romantic sharing dish, offering the best of both worlds with a tender filet mignon and a rich, flavorful strip steak on the bone. Ours will be fire-grilled to perfection and carved for sharing, served with roasted garlic, charred lemon, and rich truffle butter, paired with crispy rosemary potatoes and garlic Parmesan asparagus.
The dessert feature, ‘Chocolate Covered Strawberries,” will be available at both lunch and dinner service. A decadent chocolate dessert inspired by the romance of chocolate-covered strawberries.
