Please join us at Atlas Oyster House as we celebrate Valentine’s Day on Friday, February 14, 2025. We will be open for dinner service beginning at 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
For dinner, we will offer our standard dinner menu, which features a wide variety of oysters – raw and baked, chilled seafood towers, sushi, soups and salads, small plates and entrees. Executive Chef Jason Hughes has created three special Valentine’s Day features that will be available to celebrate the occasion. The appetizer feature is blue crab arancini featuring crispy fried local crab and mascarpone risotto bites, Calabrian chili pesto, whipped ricotta and fresh basil; entrée feature is Salmon Oscar featuring seared Scottish salmon filet, sautéed local lump crab, grilled asparagus, rustic smoked gouda mashed potatoes and béarnaise sauce; and for dessert a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting, chocolate satin sauce and vanilla bean ice cream.
