Five Sisters’ Blues Café will be open for both lunch and dinner service on New Year’s Eve, Tuesday, December 31.
We will be offering lunch service 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. serving from our standard menu featuring soups, starters, sandwiches and platters along with favorites including Aunt Sara’s Southern fried chicken, Southern seafood platter, our famous Chicken and Waffles — and much more.
New Year’s Eve dinner service begins at 4:00 p.m. and will be available until 10:00 p.m. In addition, to our full dinner menu, we will be offering a special New Year’s Eve feature: Peanut Ginger Salmon over wasabi mash and stir fried vegetables, served with shiitake mushroom jus and drizzled with peanut-ginger soy glaze. In addition, we will also offer party favors at dinner service an local favorite, Cat Daddy Blues Band, will perform 8:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m.
Five Sisters’ Blues Cafe, located at 421 West Belmont, on the corner of Belmont and DeVilliers, home to the Mississippi Blues Marker Trail, is a restaurant built on some of Pensacola’s deepest history right in the heart of historic downtown Pensacola. The reconstruction of the old Gussie’s Record Shop heralds the reawakening of the old Belmont-DeVilliers neighborhood.
