Angelena’s Celebrates New Year’s Eve in Downtown Pensacola

Angelena’s Ristorante Italiano will be offering three special seatings for the evening of New Year’s Eve, Tuesday, December 31. The seatings will be held at 5:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. and will feature the culinary creations of Chef Ian Gillette with a fixed-price, four-course menu. The cost per person is $125, with party favors and complementary parking in Southtowne parking garage with validation at the hostess stand upon arrival. Tax and gratuity are not included. Italian wine pairing available for an additional $45. The menu is as follows:

First Course

Prosecco mignonette, chive crème fraiche, American caviar

Second course

Winter Citrus Salad

Radicchio, mixed greens, red onion, goat cheese, candied walnuts, citrus vinaigrette

Lemon and brown butter risotto, fresh crab, herb beurre blanc
