We are pleased to announce Atlas Oyster House will be open for brunch service every Sunday beginning Sunday, March 3, 2024. We will be offering brunch every Sunday 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
Exectutive Chef Jason Hughes has created a new brunch menu which includes selections of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, featured plates and seafood favorites. Menu highlights include- Crab Monte Cristo with cure 81 ham, Havarti, lump crab salad, creole mustard, brioche, C & D Mill cornmeal tempura, mango chutney, sweet potato fries; Crawfish & Tasso Omelette with house tasso ham, crispy Louisiana crawfish tails, creamy crawfish etouffee, peppers & onions, pepper jack cheese; Crispy Chicken Biscuit Benedict with buttermilk-fried chicken thighs, cat head biscuit, grilled tomato, Tillamook cheddar, poached eggs, Creole choron; Grillades & Grits with braised beef cutlets, white wine-tomato gravy, C & D Mill stone-ground Brie rice grits. We will also feature $4 Bloody Mary’s and $12.95 bottles of champagne.
We will be offering our standard dinner menu Tuesday – Sunday with dinner service beginning nightly at 5:00 p.m. In additional to our standard dinner menu, we will continue our on-going evening promotion. Every Tuesday is Oyster Night, enjoy 75 cent Gulf Coast oysters from 5:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m. Dine in only.
