The Fish House

The Fish House will be open and serving Easter brunch and dinner on Sunday, April 9th. Brunch hours are 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. with dinner service beginning at 3:00 p.m.

We will be serving from our standard brunch menu, which features a selection of starters, salads, seafood and sandwiches as well as our Classic Eggs Benedict, world-famous Grits à Ya Ya, Baked French Toast, and our crispy fried Chicken Biscuit.

For dinner, we will offer our standard dinner menu, which features a wide variety of fish selections, platters and samplers, steaks and of course, our world-famous Grits à Ya Ya— our signature dish featuring spiced Gulf jumbo shrimp atop a sauté of spinach, portobello mushrooms, applewood-smoked bacon, garlic, shallots, and cream over a heaping bed of smoked Gouda cheese grits.

Chef Jason Hughes has created an Easter special which will be available at both brunch and dinner service; herb-crusted prime rib featuring slow-cooked Angus rib loin, smoked Gouda mashed potatoes, and baby green beans sautéed with burgundy mushrooms and caramelized shallots, served with Dijon-horseradish cream and black garlic jus.

Jackson’s Steakhouse

Jackson’s will be open and serving Easter brunch and dinner on Sunday, April 9th. Brunch hours are 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. with dinner service 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.

For brunch, we will be serving from our special brunch menu featuring a number o f dishes including Deep Dish Quiche Lorraine, Bill-E Bacon Eggs Benedict, Cajun Omelet, and Jumbo Lump Crab Cake.

In addition, Chef Irv Miller has created an Easter brunch feature: grilled lamb chops salad featuring three single lamb chops with mint salsa Verde, grilled Romaine, red onion, roasted rainbow potatoes, heirloom baby tomatoes, roasted garlic vinaigrette and broken feta.

For dinner, we will be serving from our standard dinner menu featuring a selection of soups, salads and starters as well as local fish, steaks, chops and lobster. In addition, our extensive award-winning wine list will be available. Chef Miller will also be offering a special Easter feature: balsamic glazed-minted lamb meat balls with Havarti risotto, smoked tomato chutney, charred jalapeño and broken feta.

Five Sister’s Blues Café

Five Sisters Blues Café will be open for our traditional Sunday Jazz Brunch on Easter Sunday, April 9, 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

We will be serving from our standard brunch menu, which features a selection of starters, salads, entrées, seafood and sandwiches as well as brunch favorites: The Sisters’ Benedict, Chicken and Waffles, Smothered Chicken Biscuit, and Belgian Waffles. As always, we will have live jazz performances throughout brunch service and offer our signature Bloody Mary: vodka, Louisiana hot sauce, pickled okra, Worcestershire sauce, olive juice and black pepper — topped with a fried chicken wing!

In addition to our brunch menu, Chef John Huggins will offer a special Easter plate available throughout the day; maple glazed ham served with pineapple-sweet potato casserole, roasted baby carrots and a Southern deviled egg.

Angelena’s Ristorante Italiano

Angelena’se will be open and serving Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 9, from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

For Easter brunch, Angelena’s will be serving from our standard dinner menu featuring a selection of salads and starters as well as house-made pasta, pizzas, local seafood, and much more. In addition, Chef Briscione will offer two special Easter features; Asparagus Frittata with Crawfish Buerre Blanc and Rigatoni Verde with Lamb Ragu and Smoked Ricotta.

Great Southern Grab n’ Go

In addition to on-property dining, Great Southern Restaurants will be offering a full Easter Dinner Grab and Go featuring Five Sisters Blues Café. The package is based on six people with additional orders available in increments of six.

The Easter Meal includes:
Smoked Sliced Ham with Apricot Creole Mustard Glaze
Roasted Carrots
Parmesan Whipped Potatoes
Dinner Rolls
Homemade Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

The package is $85 plus tax. Orders can be placed until 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 5. Pickups will be available at the Fish House on Saturday, April 8, 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. The meal will be fully cooked and will include reheating directions.
