The Fish House will be open and serving Mother’s Day brunch on Sunday, May 8th, from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. with dinner service available beginning at 3:00 p.m.
We will be serving from our standard brunch menu, which features a selection of starters, salads, seafood and sandwiches as well as our Classic Eggs Benedict, world-famous Grits à Ya Ya, Baked French Toast, and our crispy fried Chicken Biscuit. As always, we will be offering Bloody Mary’s for $4. Chef de Cuisine John Huggins has created a special Mother’s Day feature that will be available for brunch: Deep dish seafood quiche with lobster, crab and shrimp, served with spring vegetables tossed in green goddess dressing.
For dinner, we will offer our standard dinner menu, which features a wide variety of fish selections, platters and samplers, steaks and of course, our world-famous Grits à Ya Ya — our signature dish featuring spiced Gulf jumbo shrimp atop a sauté of spinach, portobello mushrooms, applewood-smoked bacon, garlic, shallots, and cream over a heaping bed of smoked Gouda cheese grits. Chef de Cuisine John Huggins has created a special Mother’s Day feature that will be available for dinner: Grilled grouper served over shrimp and crab risotto, resting in a pool of lobster cream sauce.

Great Southern Restaurants: Featuring Five Sisters Blues Café
In addition to on-property dining, Great Southern Restaurants will be offering a Mother’s Day Grab and Go package featuring Five Sisters Blues Café. The package is $85 plus tax and is based on six people. Additional orders available in increments of six.
You can place your orders now and schedule pickup, by contacting catering and events line, at 850-433-9450 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders can be placed until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 4. Pickups will be available at the Fish House on Saturday, May 7, 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. The meal will be fully cooked and will include reheating directions.
