Angelena’s Ristorante Italiano will be offering two special seatings for the evening in the main dining room. The seatings will be held at 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. and will feature the culinary creations of Chef James Briscione with a fixed-price, four-course menu. The cost per person is $125 for the chef’s menu including Italian wine pairings selected by Wine Director Brooke Parkhurst. Guests will also enjoy complimentary favors and parking in Southtowne parking garage. Tax and gratuity are not included. The menu is as follows:
Short rib suppli featuring truffle, cacio e pepe sauce
Lobster ravioli with fennel, tomato, chervil
Wood-fired 8-ounce filet mignon with potato, Parmesan, Chianti, wild mushrooms
Gulf shrimp risotto featuring preserved lemon, tomato, olive caviar
For those wishing to attend the 7 p.m. symphony performance at the Saenger Theatre, or for those making early New Year’s Eve plans, Angelena’s will open at 5:00 p.m. and will feature service from the fall/winter dinner menu. Additional general dinner reservations will be available in the Garden Room with service from the fall/winter dinner menu all evening.
