The Fish House Open for Easter Brunch and Dinner

The Fish House will be open and serving Easter brunch and dinner on Sunday, April 1. Brunch hours are 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. with dinner service beginning at 3:00 p.m.
We will be serving from our standard brunch menu, which features a selection of starters, salads, seafood and sandwiches as well as four versions of Eggs Benedict, our world-famous Grits à Ya Ya, and brunch favorites: Cinnamon Raisin French Toast,
Classic Monte Cristo and Jack Daniel’s Chicken and Waffles. As always, we will be offering bottomless champagne and mimosas for $5 and Bloody Marys for $2. The brunch special feature will be smoked salmon Benedict served on rye bread toast with house-smoked salmon and soft poached eggs finished with hollandaise sauce and dill crème fraiche.
For dinner, we will offer our standard dinner menu, which features a wide variety of fish selections, platters and samplers, steaks and of course, our world-famous Grits à Ya Ya— our signature dish featuring spiced Gulf jumbo shrimp atop a sauté of spinach, portobello mushrooms, applewood-smoked bacon, garlic, shallots, and cream over a heaping bed of smoked Gouda cheese grits. Chef Billy Ballou’s special for the evening will be grilled lamb chops over a truffled pommes puree finished with an arugula salad with radish, pea, and fresh mint.
