Mediterranean Dry Spice Rub with Fresh Rosemary

Serves: Makes 1/4 cup

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Shallots, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Spanish paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander, ground
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin, ground
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly cracked
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 each Gallon zip-lock bag

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in zip-lock bag. Seal bag and shake to blend spices.
