Dragon Fire Marinade

Serves: 4 cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Soy sauce
  • ½ cup Dry sherry
  • 1 cup Olive oil
  • ½ cup Fresh ginger, grated
  • ½ cup Cilantro, rough chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Shallots, rough chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic, minced
  • 6 tablespoons Chinese prepared hot mustard
  • 3 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper

Instructions:

Place all ingredients (reserve olive oil) in a food processor. When ingredients are puréed, while the machine is still running, slowly drizzle the oil into the mixture until all oil has been incorporated. Chill in refrigerator.
