2 cups red grape tomatoes rinsed, cut into half-moons, and diced
2 cups yellow grape tomatoes rinsed, cut into half-moons, and diced
¼ cup green onions cut small, from 4 stalks (or ¼ cup red onion diced small)
4 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh-squeezed lime juice
1 tablespoon seeded and finely chopped jalapeño
¼ teaspoon cumin powder, lightly toasted
¼ teaspoon chili powder
To taste: kosher salt
To taste: cracked black pepper
