Dragon Fire Marinade

Ingredients:

1 cup Soy sauce
½ cup Dry sherry
1 cup Olive oil
½ cup Fresh ginger, grated
½ cup Cilantro, rough chopped
3 tablespoons Sesame oil
2 tablespoons Shallots, rough chopped
2 tablespoons Garlic, minced
6 tablespoons Chinese prepared hot mustard
3 tablespoons Brown sugar
¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper

Instructions:

Place all ingredients (reserve olive oil) in a food processor. When ingredients are puréed, while the machine is still running, slowly drizzle the oil into the mixture until all oil has been incorporated. Chill in refrigerator.
