Atlas Oyster House will be open for brunch service on Father’s Day, Sunday, June 16, 2024 from 11:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.

We will be serving from our standard brunch menu, which features a selection of starters, sushi, oysters, entrées, seafood and sandwiches as well as our Crab Monte Cristo, Crustless Quiche, Grillades & Grits, and our Crispy Chicken Biscuit Benedict.

In addition, to our full brunch menu, Chef Jason Hughes will be offering a special feature to celebrate the occasion: roasted pork loin, hardwood-smoked pork shoulder, soft poached eggs, caramelized shallots, and sauce forestière with roasted wild mushrooms on a scratch-made buttermilk biscuit. Topped with Cajun tasso hollandaise, and served with crispy fingerling potato home fries.
