Join us on Tuesday, December 31st, to celebrate New Year’s Eve at Great Southern Restaurants! All of our restaurants will be open, with special New Year’s Eve features created by Executive Chef Jason Hughes, Executive Chef Irv Miller, Executive Chef Josh Rich and Executive Chef Ian Gillette. Hours for each restaurant as well as special features, are as follows:
The Fish House
The Fish House, located on the water in downtown Pensacola, is once again preparing to celebrate the New Year.
The Fish House will be offering two special seating’s for the evening, in the main dining room, for our annual New Year’s Eve wine and food event. The seating’s will be held at 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. and will feature the culinary creations of Chef Jason Hughes with a fixed-price, five-course menu along with hand-selected wine pairings. The cost per person is $85 (excludes tax and gratuity) with complimentary favors included. As always, we will offer walk-in service all evening throughout the complex, serving from our standard menus.

Amuse Bouche
Southern Cheese & Charcuterie
House-made pimento cheese, chef’s selection of domestic cheeses, country ham, house-made cornbread crackers, fresh fruit and accoutrements paired with Champagne Duval-Leroy, Champagne Grand Brut, France

Burnt Brussels
Crispy Brussels sprouts, house-smoked bacon lardons, spiced walnuts tossed in a winter citrus glaze, shaved piave vecchio cheese
Oysters and Pearls
Champagne butter-roasted Gulf coast oysters topped with lobster-fennel champagne cream and white sturgeon caviar, served with garlic crostini
Both paired with Stag’s Leap Winery, Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley, 2022
Second Course
Italian Lentil Soup
Italian sausage, lentils and farro, simmered with winter root vegetables in a rich vegetable broth. Served with a warm rosemary biscuit
Crab Imperial Kale Caesar
Local lump crab ravigote over a salad of Romaine lettuce and Tuscan kale, tossed in roasted garlic Caesar dressing. Topped with house-made herb-garlic croutons, hearts of palm, crispy leeks and pecorino Romano

Blackened Redfish

Wagyu Ribeye Cap Udon Bowl

Atlas Oyster House
Atlas Oyster House will be open for dinner service on New Year’s Eve, Tuesday, December 31, from 3:00 p.m. – until.
We will be serving from our standard dinner menu, which features a selection of starters, sushi, oysters, entrées, seafood and sandwiches as well as your Atlas favorites: Oysters Ceviche, Crawfish Pot Pie, Maine Lobster Roll, and The Girl Next Door- our take on the Grits à Ya Ya.
In addition, to our full dinner menu, Chef Jason Hughes will be offering special features to celebrate the New Year: Surf & Turf featuring 28-day dry-aged ribeye, Gulf shrimp scampi brochette, purée of roasted rutabaga and celeriac, charred broccolini, caramelized shallots and exotic mushroom demi-glacé.

Jackson’s Steakhouse
Jackson’s, located in the heart of downtown on Plaza Ferdinand, is once again preparing to celebrate New Year’s Eve.
Ring in the New Year with us at Jackson’s Steakhouse on Tuesday, December 31st. We will be open for dinner service beginning at 5:00 p.m.
In addition to our standard dinner menu, Chef Irv Miller will be offering a special dinner feature to celebrate the occasion:16-oz. prime Delmonico with 7-oz. broiled lobster tail featuring Brandy-laced cream sauce, duchess potatoes and tempura butternut squash fries.

Five Sisters Blues Café
Five Sisters’ Blues Café will be open for both lunch and dinner service on New Year’s Eve,
Tuesday, December 31.
We will be offering lunch service 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. serving from our standard menu featuring soups, starters, sandwiches and platters along with favorites including Aunt Sara’s Southern fried chicken, Southern seafood platter, our famous Chicken and Waffles — and much more.
New Year’s Eve dinner service begins at 4:00 p.m. and will be available until 10:00 p.m. In addition, to our full dinner menu, we will be offering a special New Year’s Eve feature: Peanut Ginger Salmon over wasabi mash and stir fried vegetables, served with shiitake mushroom jus and drizzled with peanut-ginger soy glaze. In addition, we will also offer party favors at dinner service an local favorite, Cat Daddy Blues Band, will perform 8:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m.

Angelena’s Ristorante Italiano
Angelena’s Ristorante Italiano will be offering three special seatings for the evening of New Year’s Eve, Tuesday, December 31. The seatings will be held at 5:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. and will feature the culinary creations of Chef Ian Gillette with a fixed-price, four-course menu. The cost per person is $125, with party favors and complementary parking in Southtowne parking garage with validation at the hostess stand upon arrival. Tax and gratuity are not included. Italian wine pairing available for an additional $45. The menu is as follows:
