Jackson’s will be open and serving Mother’s Day brunch on Sunday, May 13, from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. The brunch menu is fixed price, $32 per person, and will feature a choice of appetizer and entrée with bottomless champagne for Mom. Appetizer selections include: fresh assorted berries tossed with agave balsamic drizzle and topped with candied almonds, chicken and dumplings gratin and Jackson’s Caesar salad. Entrée selections include: steakhouse eggs Benedict with sliced flat iron steak, English muffins, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce, crab cake plate with achiote and scallion tartar sauce, hickory wood-fired local fresh catch with lemon basil vinaigrette and sun-dried tomato aïoli, lamb and eggs Benedict with griddled grass-fed ground lamb patties on English muffins with poached eggs and a harissa hollandaise sauce, and New Orleans-style sliced flat iron steak topped with barbecue-style shrimp All entrées will be served with grilled asparagus and grits. Jackson’s Steakhouse is open for lunch service Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Cocktail service begins at 5 p.m. with dinner at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
