Jackson’s will be open and serving Father’s Day brunch on Sunday, June 21, 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. The brunch menu is fixed price, $32 per person, and will feature a choice of appetizer and entrée. In addition, all Dads will receive a complimentary bloody mary.
Appetizer selections include: fresh melon-berry gazpacho with yogurt and toasted almonds; Jackson’s salad; or roasted duck winglets with spicy honey bourbon-glaze and chopped slaw.
Entrée selections include: eggs Benedict with hollandaise sauce with split croissant, Benton’s smoked ham and poached eggs; buttermilk-fried quail and homemade waffle with blackberry maple syrup; 6-ounce aged petite filet with garlic confit and demi-glace; seafood crepe with crab and shrimp served with Marguery sauce; 14-ounce prime rib, spice-rubbed, slow roasted, and served with au jus; and grilled Gulf-to-table catch of the day.
All entrées served with gumbo greens and stone-ground cheddar cheese grits.
Jackson’s Steakhouse is open for lunch service Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to
2 p.m. Cocktail service begins at 5 p.m. with dinner at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
