For over a decade Great Southern Restaurants, The Fish House, Jackson’s Steakhouse, Atlas Oyster House, and Five Sisters Blues Café have provided premier catering and service at each of our locations many private dining rooms as well as our exclusive event spaces, The Palafox House and the Lee House. Our locations in heart of downtown Pensacola can accommodate everything from an intimate gathering to large functions for up to 500 or more guests. We offer carefully crafted menus with a broad range of selections from simple to sublime to meet everyone’s taste. Our Chefs work alongside our team of Event coordinators to create personalize menus and drink selections based on your needs to insure your event be unforgettable.
Melissa Bailey, Director of Catering and Events, along with her team of planners, will personally assist you in planning your event. From creating the menu to decorations and the finishing touches, helping from start to finish enabling guests to enjoy time with family and friends, leaving the work to our Great Southern team.
