Angelena’s is pleased to offer a special dinner celebrating “Italian Spring.” The dinner will be held in the Garden Room and will be offered on two different evenings: Tuesday, March 10th and Wednesday, March 11th, both at 6:00 p.m.
Chef James Briscione will present a selection of welcoming aperitivos followed by a four-course, family-style dinner that will feature Italian Spring favorites. In addition, wine pairings will be offered as selected by Wine Director Brooke Parkhurst. The menu for the evening is as follows:

Julienned asparagus “alla carbonara” with hollandaise and pancetta

Wood-fired lamb with spring herbs
Served with Venetian-style risotto with fresh spring peas and roasted new potatoes with fresh mint
Price for the dinner is $100 per person excluding tax and gratuity. Optional wine pairings are available for an additional $25 excluding tax and gratuity. Seating for the Celebration of “Italian Spring” dinner is limited; reservations are required and can be made by calling 850-516-2324.
