Celebrate this special day, Valentine’s Day, with us at The Fish House on Friday, February 14. We will be open for lunch service from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. and dinner service beginning at 3:00 p.m. In addition to our current lunch and dinner menus, Chef de Cuisine John Huggins will offer special Valentine’s Day features. These special features will be available throughout Valentine’s weekend — Thursday through Sunday.
The special lunch feature will be a pan-seared Gulf fresh catch cooked in a sauce of tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, garlic, and white wine served over couscous and topped with feta cheese, fresh dill and parsley.
Dinner service will feature grilled filet mignon and butter-poached lobster tail served on a potato puree with a sauté of fresh spinach and grilled oyster mushrooms; finished with lobster thermidor sauce.
