Laissez Les Bons Temps Rouler at Jackson’s

Design

Just in time for Mardi Gras, Chef Irv Miller will be offering New Orleans-inspired brunch and dinner features at Jackson’s on Sunday, March 3, the Sunday prior to Fat Tuesday. Also returning for both brunch and dinner service is New Orleans-style music by the New Orleans Ramblers, former house brunch musicians for Commander’s Palace. In addition to our regular drink menu, New Orleans-inspired drink specials will be available — including the classic Brandy Crusta for brunch and the Sazerac for dinner.

Brunch service will be available 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. and will feature our new brunch menu along with a special entrée and dessert feature: a jambalaya bowl with Creole shrimp, andouille sausage jambalaya, poached eggs, hollandaise and for dessert — bananas foster bread pudding served with vanilla ice cream, caramelized banana and praline rum sauce.

Dinner service will begin at 5:30 p.m. and will feature our standard dinner menu as well as special features:

boudin-stuffed veal chop with Madeira wine demi-glace, scalloped potatoes and buttered spinach, and for dessert – bananas foster bread pudding served with vanilla ice cream, caramelized banana and praline rum sauce.

Reservations are required. To reserve your table, please call (850) 469-9898. For further information, please visit our website, www.Jacksonsrestaurant.com.
