Jackson’s will be open and serving Father’s Day brunch on Sunday, June 18, 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Additionally, Jackson’s will be open for dinner service at 5:30 p.m. At both brunch and dinner we will offer all Dads a bloody mary or martini – on us!
For brunch we will be serving from our standard menu that features a selection of starters, salads, five different styles of omelets, sandwiches and brunch plates including Classic Quiche Lorraine, Pan-roasted Gulf Oysters, Prime Rib Eggs Benedict and Jackson’s Steak and Eggs. Chef Irv Miller has created a special brunch feature: Over-The-Top Brunch Burger featuring
hickory wood-fired half-pound Kobe beef, Bill-E’s smoked bacon, balsamic onions, melted Caciotta Al Tartufo, grain mustard, mayonnaise, pickles, open-Kaiser, two sunny-side up organic eggs, and pommes frites.
For dinner we will be serving from our standard dinner menu featuring a wide selection of savory steaks, chops, poultry, seafood and pasta along with sepcial entrees including Jackson’s signature Hickory-wood-fired petite filet with fried green tomatoes and lump blue crab, Guajillo-crusted gulf yellowfin tuna with Mango mojo, cilantro guacamole, roasted jalapeno-tomato salsa and crispy tortillas, and our version of ‘Florida Shrimp and Grits’ with chorizo, onions, garlic, shrimp broth, mushrooms, tomatoes, smoked paprika, and chervil butter. In addition, chef has also prepared a special dinner feature:14-ounce prime delmonico with oyster mushrooms, cabernet sauce, grilled spring onions, and roasted cauliflower.
Jackson’s Steakhouse is open for lunch service Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Brunch service is available both Saturday and Sunday 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Cocktail service begins at 5 p.m. with dinner at 5:30 p.m. Monday through Sunday.
