Downtown Pensacola — New Year’s Eve!
Jackson’s, located in the heart of downtown on Plaza Ferdinand, is once again preparing to celebrate the New Year.
Jackson’s will be offering two special seatings for the evening in the President’s Room. The seatings will be held at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. and will feature the culinary creations of Chef Irv Miller with a fixed-price, three-course menu and bottomless champagne. The cost per person is $125 with complimentary favors and valet services included. The menu is as follows:
To Start – Choice of
Craine Creek hydroponic lettuces with grilled local squash and sweet chili peppers, smoky bacon and champagne vinaigrette and shaved Parmesan Reggiano
Yucatan-style lobster stew with sweet coconut milk, roasted poblano, cilantro and recado
Entrées – Choice of
All entrees served with Florida snap beans
Hickory-wood-fired Gulf grouper with tomato frito, Florida mango, avocado and crab relish, and Cuban rice cakes
Chicago Cut lamb chop with whipped goat cheese hummus, olive and raisin tapenade, and chili oil
Wagyu strip with shiitake mushroom butter with Yukon gold potato and truffle oil whipped potatoes
Something Sweet – Choice of
White chocolate marble gooey-cake with Chambord crème anglaise
Miko’s rocky road brownie with ganache, homemade marshmallows, pecans, and caramel

For those wishing to attend the 7 p.m. symphony performance at the Saenger Theatre, or for those making early New Year’s Eve plans, Jackson’s will open at 5 p.m. and will feature service from the fall/winter dinner menu. Additionally, they will be offering general dinner reservations in the Governor’s Room with service from the fall/winter dinner menu all evening long.
