Jackson’s will be open and serving Mother’s Day brunch on Sunday, May 10, from 10:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. The brunch menu is fixed price, $32 per person, and will feature a choice of appetizer and entrée with bottomless Piper Sonoma champagne for $10 – it’s complimentary for all Mom’s.
Appetizer selections include: Jackson’s Mother’s Day salad with roasted portobello mushrooms, yellow squash and zucchini, champagne-shallot vinaigrette and Asiago cheese; baked phyllo cup with decadent blue crab custard and Romesco sauce; and macerated strawberries with vanilla yogurt and streussel topping.
Entrée selections include: Creole spiced slow-cooked roast beef, served on a split croissant with poached eggs and tomato hollansdaise, crab cake with griddled corn cakes, sweet corn and dill tartar sauce, pecan-wood smoked bacon, Florida cane syrup and baby arugula; hickory-wood fired local catch with roasted garlic, sweet basil and lemon smear, tomato relish and balsamic drizzle served over stone-ground cheddar grits; Florida wild shrimp and avocado salad plate with Old Bay-tarragon dressing, hard boiled egg and Benton’s bacon; spinach and mushroom frittata with melted mozzarella; and rosemary and garlic roasted prime rib eye with Marchands de vin sauce and served with sauteed snap green beans and stone-ground cheddar grits.
Jackson’s Steakhouse is open for lunch service Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Cocktail service begins at 5 p.m. with dinner at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
